We provide delivery services within Sri Lanka.

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for courier delays or external disruptions

7.1 Exchange Policy

• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Exchanges are allowed for equal value items
• Exchanges are allowed for higher value items with additional payment

• Eligible resolutions may be handled by exchange through store visit or delivery

Customers may visit the store for exchange or arrange delivery/courier return. All delivery costs related to returns or exchanges must be covered by the customer, unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
