At United Sports (PVT) Ltd., we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality and product handling standards.
This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be exchanged. By making a purchase from www.unitedsports.lk, you agree to this Refund & Exchange Policy.
2. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.
Products are eligible for exchange only if all the following conditions are met:
- Exchange request is made within 7 days of purchase
- Product is unused and in original condition
- Product is returned with original packaging
- Product is returned with original tags, where applicable
- Valid proof of purchase, bill, or invoice is provided
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the exchange request.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Accessories, including grips, shuttlecocks, strings, balls, and similar items
- Sale or discounted items
- Products without a valid bill or proof of purchase
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
4. Product-Specific Exchange Rules
4.1 Apparel
- Apparel items may be exchanged within 7 days
- Exchanges must be within the same product category, apparel only
- Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact
4.2 Other Products
- Other eligible products, such as rackets and equipment, may be exchanged only if unused and returned within 7 days
- Products must meet all eligibility conditions stated above
5. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges can be made for:
- Same value items
- Lower value items, with no cash refund given for the balance
- Higher value items, where the customer must pay the price difference
Exchanges must be within the same product category where applicable.
6. No Refund Policy
- We do not provide cash refunds
- Products cannot be returned for monetary reimbursement
- Exchanges are the only form of resolution for eligible returns
7. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a wrong product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement
- We will cover the return shipping cost
If the correct item is unavailable, an exchange or alternative resolution will be arranged.
8. Defective Items
All products are inspected before dispatch.
- Claims for defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Return shipping costs for defective claims are not covered by us
- Resolution will be evaluated case-by-case
9. Return Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide order details
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide the reason for exchange
Customers may visit our physical store for exchange or arrange delivery/courier return.
10. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for normal exchanges
- Shipping costs are covered by us only if a wrong item was delivered
