Product Warranty Policy

Due to the fast-paced and high-impact nature of racquet sports, products such as racquets, strings, shuttlecocks, grips, and balls are subject to wear and tear through regular use.

As a result, these items are not covered under a manufacturer’s warranty once used.

However, if a product exhibits a clear manufacturing defect prior to use, we will inspect and offer an appropriate solution if reported within 7 days of purchase.
